1. General terms and conditions
Opamuurikka.fi is a marketplace hosted by Opa Muurikka Oy (Business ID 1576609-2). These terms and conditions shall apply to the commercial relationship between Opa Muurikka Oy and its customers. Opa Muurikka Oy shall have the right to update these terms and conditions with no advance notice. The terms and conditions of agreement in force at each time are applied to orders. They are presented on the Opa Muurikka Oy website.
Opamuurikka.fi shall not be liable to losses incurred due to a force majeure event. Force majeure events refer to unforeseen events or changes in circumstances which are beyond the control of Opa Muurikka Oy. Opamuurikka.fi shall inform the customer of a force majeure event without delay.
2. Customer and data protection
The applicable Finnish and EU legislation on consumer trade, marketing and advertising shall be followed in the commercial relationship. In a trade agreement between corporate customers and Opa Muurikka Oy, these terms and conditions shall primarily be followed and the Finnish Sale of Goods Act in other respects.
The customer shall provide their full address details when placing an order; for consumer customers, these include at the minimum the customer’s name, address and telephone number, as well as possibly e-mail address. The details required from corporate customers are the contact person’s name, telephone number and e-mail, Business ID, postal address, telephone number(s) and, if necessary, invoicing address.
Customer’s data is stored in Opa Muurikka Oy’s customer register, and the data contained by it is used for maintaining the customer relationship. Opa Muurikka Oy and companies belonging to the same group of companies with it shall additionally have the right to process and disclose information contained by the register for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/99).

The customer may prohibit the use and processing of their data for marketing purposes and review data concerning themselves by contacting Opa Muurikka Oy’s customer service. The Opamuurikka.fi site uses cookies, allowing the further development of the site to be more user friendly. The purpose of cookies on the Opamuurikka.fi site is to make customer’s use of services easier, better and faster. Cookies can also be used for offering better offers and more personalised product recommendations to the customer. A cookie is a small file that the Opamuurikka.fi web server stores on the user’s hard drive. Some of the content of the Opamuurikka.fi site may require accepting cookies in order to work. The user’s web browser probably accepts the cookies with the default settings, but the user may also disable cookies in the browser settings or by deleting cookies from the browser when ending the use of the service. 3. Price list
The prices are inclusive of value added tax. The valid prices for the products are shown on the product cards. If the price is lowered, we will not compensate for the price difference afterwards.
4. Delivery
We will deliver your order within approximately one week of your order using the delivery method of your choice. The possible delivery methods are Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker, either pickup from the nearest outlet or home delivery. Certain products are only shipped via DB Schenker due to their size and weight. If necessary, the order can be divided into several shipments.
The delivery costs are €5.90–€49 per order, depending on the weight and delivery method of the ordered products. The shipping costs for each product are shown on the product card.

5. Payment

6. Right of return and exchange
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 14-day right of return and exchange in distance sales. This means that you have 14 days to be satisfied with your purchase decisions after receiving the product. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. The exchanged or returned product must be unused and in selling condition.
