These terms and conditions apply to orders from the OPA & MUURIKKA and Pisla consumer webshop and their terms and conditions for orders, delivery, payment, returns and warranty. Buying from the OPA & MUURIKKA and Pisla webshops is safe and easy. We do not store any sensitive data. All credit card and online bank payment data is entered directly on the bank’s or payment service provider’s website. Legally, purchasing and ordering constitutes a contract. The agreement cannot be amended by either party alone. The transaction cannot be cancelled without a good reason. The rights and obligations of both the buyer and the seller are regulated by the Consumer Protection Act, which is also complied with by the consumer webshop of Pisla and Opamuurikka.
You can place an order using the Pisla and Opamuurikka webshop shopping cart on our website (www.pisla.fi and www.opamuurikka.fi). Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. The prices of the products include VAT at the applicable rate.
The following payment methods are accepted when ordering through our webshop:

We do not do sale on approval, so the customer must ensure in advance that the product is suitable for the intended use.
Payment service provider
When you use a Paytrail account, the payment takes place in Paytrail’s service. For payments made via a Paytrail account, the parties to the transaction are Paytrail and the cardholder. Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payment recipient on the card invoice, and it remits the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Payments through online banking
The payment service relating to online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s point of view, the service operates exactly in the same way as conventional online payments.

Paytrail Collector invoice and hire-purchase options are available in the Opamuurikka webshop. Invoice and hire-purchase options give you more time to pay for your online purchases. With the invoice service, you can wait for your order to arrive before paying for it. You can choose whether to pay for the entire order at once or in several instalments. In order to use the Collector Commerce payment method, you must be at least 18 years old. Invoicing fee €3.80. We deliver products via Posti or Matkahuolto when paid in advance. Advance payment means that the customer pays for the products ordered in advance, before delivery, to our account. The delivery time is about a week. If the product is temporarily out of stock from the seller, the customer will be notified by e-mail. Pisla does not automatically deliver products that are already in stock, but awaits for the order to be completed. We do not deliver outside Finland.
We will deliver the ordered products within about a week of the order using the delivery method chosen by the customer. The possible delivery methods are Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker, either pickup from the nearest outlet or home delivery. Certain products are only shipped via DB Schenker due to their size and weight. If necessary, the order can be divided into several shipments. Delivery costs will be added to all prices of the products displayed in the webshop according to the Shopping Cart price list. The shipping costs for each product are shown on the product card. The delivery speed of products depends on the services of Posti / Matkahuolto / DB Schenker. Posti / Matkahuolto / DB Schenker will reimburse the costs of any delay. An arrival notification for the order will be sent via SMS once the order is ready for pickup at the pickup point. Therefore, remember to include your phone number in your contact details! We are responsible for ensuring that the products are mailed well packaged. Nevertheless, the package may sometimes be damaged in transit. Matkahuolto, Posti and DB Schenker are liable in accordance with their terms of carriage if the shipment is damaged during transport. If the customer notices that the package is damaged when picking it up/receiving it, they must immediately file a written claim. If the damage is not noticed until the package is opened at home, the entire package must be returned to a Posti, Matkahuolto or DB Schenker outlet and a claim form filled in. The delivery costs we charge are visible to the customer when placing the order. We do not take responsibility for any delays of the package due to factors beyond our control.
€ 0.00 The ordered products can also be picked up from Pisla Oy (Viitasaari), from an Opa Muurikka shop (Heinola, Mikkeli) , in which case there will be no delivery costs for the order. Please note that if the products you ordered are not carried by the shop, the products will be delivered from our warehouse to the shop within the delivery times in force at the time. The shop will inform you by SMS when the order can be picked up. You will need to prove your identity when picking up your order. If someone else picks up the shipment on your behalf, the person picking it up has to show the order confirmation and proof of identity. For shop contact information and opening hours, see here.

4. Children and young people
Children under the age of 18 cannot enter into binding agreements. Minors may manage the funds they themselves earn and normally make reasonable daily purchases, but the conclusion of long-term and financially significant contracts requires the consent of their guardians.
5. Order confirmation
Immediately after placing an online order, the customer automatically receives a copy of the order placed at the e-mail address provided. It is advisable to cancel or correct an incorrect order immediately by contacting customer service by phone or outside of opening hours by contacting customer service by e-mail.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in home and distance sales, the buyer has the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving both the product and the order confirmation. The product can therefore be reviewed for 14 days after receiving the product, thus confirming the purchase decision. If the product does not meet expectations, the product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The exchanged or returned product must be unused and in selling condition. Consumer protection requires the buyer to notify the seller of the return of the product before returning it. The cancellation period starts on the day the customer receives the later arrival. Please note, however, that the item may not be used. Therefore, it is important to make sure in advance that the product is fit for purpose. The customer is responsible for any incompatibility issues. Pisla Oy does not take responsibility for any compatibility problems with other existing products or components, for example. The right of return expires if the transaction has not been cancelled within the specified time or if the returned product is not in flawless condition. Removing the protective packaging, tape, sticker or seal will void the right to return. All restrictions in chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the customer’s right of return. In accordance with chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of cancellation in distance sales if the purchased product has been manufactured or modified according to the customer’s wishes (“custom-made”) and cannot be resold without significant loss.
Customer returns OPA & MUURIKKA
Take the customer return to the Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker outlet from which you picked up the package. The return point will print out a return address card for you. The Matkahuolto agreement number for customer returns is 9508859 Posti’s agreement number is 600774 Remember to enter your account number! Opa Muurikka will pay for the postage. Processing returns and exchanges takes approximately 1–3 weeks. If you have received a broken or defective product or a wrong product, you can send it to our warehouse for inspection as a customer return.
Customer returns PISLA
Returns must be made using the form requested from Pisla Customer Service. The return form and instructions can be ordered from Pisla’s customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or during opening hours by calling +358 10 8432 111. The customer is obliged to return the product to the seller using the courier service of their own choice at their own expense. In case of returns, the seller is obliged to refund any delivery costs according to the normal-priced delivery fee. Express shipments and home deliveries made at the customer’s special request will be refunded according to the basic package price.
According to the Consumer Protection Act (chapter 5, section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act), Pisla Oy is entitled to compensation for the special costs incurred in concluding and performing the contract. Not claiming a mail or parcel shipment is not an appropriate cancellation method pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, Pisla Oy is entitled to compensation for postage costs. Pisla Oy charges the customer for the postage of the letter/package and other shipping costs related to unclaimed shipments. Pisla Oy also reserves the right to refuse to send deliveries to customers who have not picked up their previous orders.
7. Warranty and refunds
The warranty period is stated in the product description and in the order confirmation and/or receipt. All products we sell have a minimum of 14-day warranty. The warranty period does not depend on the actual date of use of the product, but is calculated in calendar days from the time of purchase. Any warranty returns must be delivered via Posti or Matkahuolto as a customer return packaged in the same or corresponding way as the original shipment. The warranty is void if the product is damaged in the mail due to the sender’s negligence. The original purchase receipt or a copy of it and a description of the defect must be enclosed with the shipment. Instructions and the customer return agreement number for warranty returns can be ordered from Pisla’s and Opa Muurikka’s customer service by e-mail or by phone during opening hours. If there is no defect in the product, we will charge an inspection fee of 20 euros. We also reserve the right to charge a reasonable inspection fee for obviously incorrect or unjustified returns. Based on the customer return agreement, Pisla Oy pays postage for warranty returns in both directions. We do not redeem items sent by cash on delivery from the postal office or Matkahuolto. If the product has a defect as referred to in the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is entitled to a refund. We primarily aim to rectify the defect or replace the product with another product that is flawless or equivalent. Alternatively, we may consider compensating for the error with a price reduction. Cancellation of the purchase is the last resort. The agreed refunds will always be paid by bank transfer as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days of the cancellation of the transaction. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
8. Instructions for use and product support
Unless otherwise stated, instructions for use are included with store-packaged products. The products we sell are partly specialty products and their installers are assumed to be skilled. If the customer is uncertain about the installation of the device, they should mention this at the time of purchase. We offer product support for all the products we sell.
All complaints regarding delivery must be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Complaints can be sent electronically or in writing using the feedback form available from our customer service.
