Delivery options

We will deliver your order within approximately one week of your order using the delivery method of your choice. The possible delivery methods are Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker, either pickup from the nearest outlet or home delivery. Certain products are only shipped via DB Schenker due to their size and weight. If necessary, the order can be divided into several shipments. The delivery costs are €6.90–€49 per order, depending on the weight and delivery method of the ordered products. The shipping costs for each product are shown on the product card. The valid prices for the products are shown on the product cards. If the price is lowered, we will not compensate for the price difference afterwards. You will be sent a notice of arrival by SMS when the order can be picked up. Therefore, remember to include your phone number in your contact details!

In-store pickup

You can also pick up your order from an Opa Muurikka shop (Helsinki, Vantaa, Heinola, Mikkeli), with no delivery fees. Please note that if the products you ordered are not carried by the shop, the products will be delivered from our warehouse to the shop within the delivery times in force at the time. The shop will inform you by SMS when the order can be picked up. You will need to prove your identity when picking up your order. If someone else picks up the shipment on your behalf, the person picking it up has to show the order confirmation and proof of identity. You can pay for your order via the online payment button of any Finnish bank. The payment service relating to online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s point of view, the service operates exactly in the same way as conventional online payments.

The payment service is realised and provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard and Mobile Pay, Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payment recipient on the card invoice, and it remits the payment to the merchant. Collector invoice/hire-purchase

Paytrail’s Collector invoice and hire-purchase options offer you more time for paying for your online shopping. With the invoice service, you can wait for your order to arrive before paying for it. You can choose whether to pay for the entire order at once or in several instalments. In order to use the Collector Commerce payment method, you must be at least 18 years old. Right of return and exchange

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 14-day right of return and exchange in distance sales. This means that you have 14 days to be satisfied with your purchase decisions after receiving the product. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. The exchanged or returned product must be unused and in selling condition.

 

Customer returns

Take the customer return to the Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker outlet from which you picked up the package. The return point will print out a return address card for you.

Remember to enter your account number! Opa Muurikka will pay for the postage. Processing returns and exchanges takes approximately 1–3 weeks. If you have received a broken or defective product or a wrong product, you can send it to our warehouse for inspection as a customer return.
