Right of return and exchange
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 14-day right of return and exchange in distance sales. This means that you have 14 days to be satisfied with your purchase decisions after receiving the product. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. The exchanged or returned product must be unused and in selling condition.

Please take the cover note of your order and your account number with you. You will be refunded in approximately one week. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for products bought from our resellers. If you want to return a product bought from a retailer, contact the retailer directly. Opa Muurikka will pay for the postage of customer returns. Processing returns and exchanges takes approximately 1–3 weeks.
