Smoked pepper oil
2 servings:
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of hot pepper powder
- ½ tsp of chili powder
- ½ tsp of SteviaSweet Crystal or 1 tsp of sugar
- ½ grated garlic clove
Measure the ingredients into a small cup and mix. Let season for a moment. Use as a sauce for grilled meat, cabbage and onions. Grilling could not get easier.
