Chicken skewers with peanut dip

(4 servings) 30 minutes

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove

Peanut dip:

  • 1 jar of peanut butter 1 can (400 g)
  • of coconut milk a pinch of salt
  • juice of half a lime
  • sweet chilli sauce

For serving:

  • salted nuts
  • spring onions
  • lime wedges
  • rice or noodles

Cut the chicken into pieces and add the spices. Allow to marinate for a while and stick on the skewers.

Place the ingredients of the nut dip in the simmerpot and heat it up. Stir occasionally until the dip begins to warm up, at which point the nut butter and coconut milk will also blend smoothly. Continue heating for another 5 minutes until the mixture is steaming.

Grill or bake the skewers in the oven. Serve with the dip and sides of your choice.
