Smoked reindeer-bacon rolls

The recipe yields the best results when cooking with the Muurikka Electric Smoking Oven PRO.

• 200 g reindeer sirloin
• 4 slices of bacon
• salt

Cut the sirloin into four pieces of the same size. Wrap the bacon slices around the pieces. Heat up the pan and fry the surfaces quickly, about 15 seconds on each side. Smoke the rolls at 185 degrees for 10 minutes or until the inner temperature of the meat is 55 degrees.
