Deliveries are only offered within Finland.

We will deliver your order within approximately one week of your order using the delivery method of your choice. The possible delivery methods are Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker, either pickup from the nearest outlet or home delivery. Certain products are only shipped via DB Schenker due to their size and weight. If necessary, the order can be divided into several shipments.

The delivery costs are €6.90– 49 per order, depending on the products ordered. An additional charge of €5 will be added to the normal delivery fees for home deliveries.

You can also pick up your order from an Opa Muurikka shop (Helsinki, Heinola, Mikkeli), with no delivery fees. We will keep the products reserved for 14 days. The shop will inform you by SMS when the order can be picked up.

The valid prices for the products are shown on the shop pages and packing slip. If the price is lowered, we will not compensate for the price difference afterwards. You will be sent a notice of arrival by SMS when the order can be picked up. Therefore, remember to include your phone number in your contact details!

If the shipment is not picked up within 14 days of receipt, it will be returned to Opa Muurikka Oy. With the shipment, you will get a packing slip that is a receipt for your purchase and possible warranty certificate.

PAYMENT METHODS

The products and postage are paid for in connection with the order. If in-store pickup at an Opa Muurikka shop has been chosen as the delivery method, you can also pay for the products at the shop when picking them up. The following payment methods are accepted in the web shop: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, local cooperative banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken and debit and credit cards, Collector. Payment takes place via the Paytrail website. Advance payment by bank transfer is also possible. In this case, the goods will be delivered one Opa Muurikka Oy has received your payment. It usually takes a couple of banking days until bank transfer payments can be seen on our account.

When you use a Paytrail account, the payment takes place in Paytrail’s service. For card payments made via a Paytrail account, the parties to the transaction are Paytrail and the cardholder.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have a 14-day right of return and exchange in distance sales. This means that you have 14 days to be satisfied with your purchase decisions after receiving the product. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. The exchanged or returned product must be unused and in selling condition.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

Take the customer return to the Matkahuolto, Posti or DB Schenker outlet from which you picked up the package. The return point will print out a return address card for you. The Matkahuolto agreement number for customer returns is 9508859, Posti’s agreement number is 600774.

Remember to enter your account number!

Opa Muurikka Oy will pay for the postage. Processing returns and exchanges takes approximately 1–3 weeks.
If you have received a broken or defective product or a wrong product, you can send it to our warehouse for inspection as a customer return.

PAYMENTS BY VISA, VISA ELECTRON OR MASTERCARD

The payment service is realised and provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payment recipient on the card invoice, and it remits the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

The payment service relating to online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s point of view, the service operates exactly in the same way as conventional online payments.
