Salmon served with dill and horseradish

- 450 g salmon
- 400 g cooked potatoes, sliced
- or whole, depending on their size
- 3 dl water
- ½ stock cube
- 3 dl cream
- 30 g butter
- 1 cm horseradish
- 1 pot of fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
