Mini chocolate cakes in the Muurikka Electric Smoking Oven

6 pcs

• 2 tbsp of coconut flour
• 2 tbsp of (fair) SteviaSweet Crystal
• 2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• ½ dl of almond milk or regular milk
• ½ dl of melted butter or neutral coconut oil
• ½ tsp of baking powder

+ whipped cream or ice cream and raspberries for serving   Mix all the ingredients together. Divide the dough into six aluminum muffin tins and bake in the Muurikka Electric Smoking Oven for about ten minutes.
