Grilled steak, baked potatoes and garlic butter with herbs
This festive meal can be prepared on the griddle/grill pan by the fire and the pan in its protective pouch is easy to take along for a hike in the great outdoors. The reversible griddle/grill pan can also be used with a gas burner.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 4 portion-sized steaks
- 8 middle-size potatoes
- Salt and black pepper
Butter with garlic and herbs:
- 100 g room-temperature butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- ½ dl fresh parsley, minced
- 10 blades of fresh sage, minced
- Salt and black pepper
