Creamy polenta

(4 servings) 15 minutes

  • 8 dl chicken broth
  • 3 dl polenta grains
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 dl grated cheese
  • a pinch of salt
  • black pepper

For serving:

  • butter

Mix the chicken broth and the polenta grains in a simmerpot, cover with the lid and place on the cooker. Allow to cook for 10 minutes and then remove the lid. Constantly stir the polenta while adding the cream as a thin trickle. Finally, add the grated cheese into polenta and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with some butter.
