Broccoli, kale and tofu with sesame sauce
This light lunch is ready in an instant and is gluten-free as well as milk-free, making it suitable for vegans as well. Steaming best preserves the traces of broccoli and kale and softens the spicy smoky tofu so that it melts in the mouth.
- 1 broccoli
- 100 g kale
- 200 g smoked tofu
- tahini (sesame paste)
- lemon juice
- sesame seeds
Cut the broccoli into small pieces and shred the kale into smaller pieces. Cut the tofu into 3 x 3 cm cubes. Place the broccoli and kale at the bottom of the steamer and place the smoked tofu on top of them. Steam for 5 minutes. Put the food on plates and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add some tahini on top and finish with sesame seeds.
