Banoffee on the grill

6 servings Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

  • 6 bananas
  • 2 dl whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp of SteviaSweet Crystal (or 2 tbsp of sugar)
  • 1 dl of caramel sauce
  • 12 Digestive biscuits crumbled

Whip the cream and sweeten the foam with SteviaSweet Crystal or with a double amount of regular sugar. Heat an oiled Muurikka grill pan and fry the bananas. Fry the bananas on both sides until black and soft for about 5 minutes in total. Cut the banana skin on the long side with a knife and fold the edges of the cut open. Place the banana on a plate and top the portion with a large spoonful of whipped cream, a spoonful of caramel sauce and two hand-crushed biscuits on top of the portion.
