The products in this range are lightweight, but thanks to the manufacturing method, they are also very robust and sturdy. The thick base conducts heat evenly. All of the products in the range feature an easy to care for, high-quality 3-ply Eclipse non-stick inner coating that makes frying with less fat possible. Wash the cookware before use, you can also season it lightly. Use fat or cooking oil for frying. Use moderate frying temperatures. Do not heat the cookware empty, as this can damage the coating. Use wooden or plastic utensils. Hand wash only, do not wash in a dishwasher. Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
