We are not responsible for improper use or using them with other products. Warranty 1 year. Please note that regular cleaning of the heating element considerably prolongs the lifetime of it. The heating element should be detached and wiped with a damp cloth so that salt, dirt and other buildup on the surface do not wear out the heating element. In particular, salt can expose the heating element to corrosion damage, which, over time will cause the heating element to not function. After detaching the heating element, the reattaching must be done carefully and thoroughly.
