In a simmerpot, you do not need to supervise and stir the food as carefully as with a regular casserole.
The steel casserole can also be used separately as a regular casserole, and the simmerpot as an oven pan, for example. The lid fits both the casserole and the simmerpot. The simmerpot has a three-ply base, and it is suitable for all hob types, including induction. NOTE! Check the manual of your induction hob for the best size of cookware for your hob.
