The Kenno pot combines the excellent frying and simmering properties of cast iron with the non-stick properties and ease of care of coated cookware. The Kenno pot is completely maintenance-free, so you do not need to season it in the same way as conventional cast-iron cookware.

The enameled surface of the cast iron pot efficiently prevents rust. In addition, the durable nonstick coating on the enameled surface requires less fat for cooking, the food does not stick and the pot is very easy to keep clean.

Non-stick Hi-low structure

The honeycomb-like hi-low structure enables excellent non-stick properties even when frying ingredients with a high protein content, such as fish and eggs. The browned food gets a beautiful brown sear and simmering in the oven is possible thanks to the steel handle.

Up to 50% lighter than conventional cast iron cookware

Even though the pot is made of cast iron, it is light to handle – it is up to 50% lighter than conventional cast-iron cookware. The thick base stores heat very well. Thanks to the durable non-stick coating, less fat can be used for cooking, the food does not stick and the pot is very easy to keep clean. Hand wash only, do not wash in a dishwasher. Do not overheat an empty pot.
