Chocolate fondue for approx. 4 people
200 g dark chocolate
2 dl cream
For dipping:
- strawberries
- grapes
- orange
- apple
- banana
- marshmallows
- Melt the chocolate on a low heat in a water bath, simmerpot or microwave. Add in the cream and blend until smooth.
- Move the chocolate mixture to the fondue pot. Keep the mixture warm – be careful not to burn it. Dip fruit pieces, berries and marshmallows in the chocolate.
